515 Fitness: Who we are
Get to know us
At  515 Fitness, we make starting simple, fun, and non-intimidating.  To get started at 515, sign up for our Intro to 515 Fitness that is offered on Tuesday evenings. This is time we set outside of a normal class to help introduce the multi-functional fitness methodology and some of the movements we will be performing and get you accustomed to how we run our gym.  After we have gone over some of the basics to help you feel more comfortable we go through a typical 515 Fitness workout. This is how you get started at 515 whether you are completely new to functional fitness or an experienced athlete.  Contact us if you are unable to make the times for the Intro session and we can discuss what would be best.

Your Instructors
Bobby Noyce
Growing up Bobby played any and every sport that he could and then went on to play Division II college football. After his sports career, Bobby has continued to keep health and fitness a high priority in his life. He has always had a passion for sharing his knowledge on health and fitness to anyone that would listen. Bobby competed at the highest level in CrossFit, but truly enjoys fitness and training for a healthy lifestyle.
Kady Noyce
Kady grew up a gymnast and found CrossFit in 2012. With a background in education she quickly realized coaching and helping people was her true passion. She enjoys helping people improve their life through fitness and nutrition.
Annette DeFrancisco
Annette decided to join Crossfit 515 in 2011 as a 40th birthday present to herself with one goal: a strict pull-up. (She got it!) After experiencing how effective and fun this type of training is – she wanted to help others do the same and earned her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer designation in 2015. She is motivated to learn and seeks to understand the “why” behind what we do. “I really enjoy getting to meet and work with prospective new members in their Introductory session and coach in the 515 Kids program. Physical activity is necessary for health and I am a firm believer in the effectiveness of training at 515. Becoming stronger and more capable will improve your quality of life and this community will help you accomplish goals you haven’t even thought of setting yet. I will gladly tell you all about what it’s done for me, but I would like even more to help you and your kids experience it for yourselves.”
